Confindustria took part in the public consultation called by the Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian Revenue Agency) on 17 January last and concerning the draft circular containing clarifications on the new Patent Box regime and the amendments to the Provision of the Director of the Agenzia delle Entrate of 15 February 2022.
